2. Products, Custom Designs & Services
- Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and details of our jewelry, gemstones, and timepieces as accurately as possible. However, exact display colors depend on your monitor settings.
- Pricing & Availability: All prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a typographical error or mispricing on a product, Griner’s Jewelers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.
- Custom Designs & Special Orders: Custom designed pieces, specialized watch/jewelry repairs, and special orders require approval and a non-refundable deposit prior to commencement. Custom and modified items are non-returnable once work has begun or completed.
- Appraisals: Written appraisals provided by Griner’s Jewelers reflect estimated replacement value for insurance purposes based on market conditions at the time of valuation.
3. Purchasing & Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. You authorize Griner’s Jewelers to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping schedules and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Griner’s Jewelers requires signature confirmation on shipments containing fine jewelry or high-value items.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Standard stock items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, certificates, and tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom creations, altered rings/pieces, engraved items, clearance/estate pieces, and completed repair services are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, graphics, text, product imagery, and branding—is the property of Griner’s Jewelers, Inc. or its third-party brand partners/designers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
